                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4,
                   CONTRACT 37C, CITICO PUMPING STATION, WITH
                   T&B SCOTTDALE CONTRACTORS, INC., TO INCREASE
                   THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVEN
                   THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE AND 83/100
                   DOLLARS ($7,135.83) FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT
                   AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION, SEVEN HUNDRED
                   SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-SIX
                   AND 83/100 DOLLARS ($3,769,496.83) AND TO
                   INCREASE THE CONTRACT TIME BY ONE (1)
                   CALENDAR DAY CHANGING THE COMPLETION DATE TO

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       Change Order No. 4, Contract 37C, Citico Pumping Station, with 
T&B
       Scottdale Contractors, Inc., to increase the contract in the
       amount of $7,135.83 for a total contract amount of $3,769,496.83, 

       and to increase the contract time by 1 calendar day changing the
       completion date to June 20, 1991.
